Here’s the thing: if you come here to my page, you’re stepping metaphorically into my house.
This is my tumblr page, and I’ll answer or address or speak about anything that I choose to. And I’ll answer or won’t answer any questions I want to.
That’s the buy-in, that’s the ground rule.
If you don’t like some of the topics I’m talking about, you are free to give this page a pass. I won’t mind—I won’t even know about it.
I will say this: the surest way not to cure bigotry and other similar social ills is not to talk about them.
Being a huge extremist about them is definitely worse than not talking about them.
